Any body still have the same problem again and again about your smart cabinet use the battery ?
After many update from BCN3D still not fix!

However this error doesn't affect the normal function of your smart cabinet, the humidity control is working correctly and the UPS will work correctly in case of a blackout

We (Myself & @christian-berger) were having the same issue with ours since about 2 months. Cabinet humidity & function were still there but the printer screen always said it had lost connection to the UPS.
I found this on BCN3D's website last Friday and carried it our this morning step for step and this fixed the problem for us. I expect there's a bug somewhere in one of the last firmware updates that breaks the connection unless you do this hard restart of the UPS/Cabinet.

@support-bcn3d Can you tell me if other problem have been fixed?
Like when you drain out of batterie, the printed just shut off whiteout put itself in safe position that result in a lost print !
I have also request if is possible to know how much humidity are in the cabinet from the HMI.
Maybe also add timer to know how much time is left for recuperation "dehumidification units".
Also add how many cycle the units have done so if is to much cycle in a month the user can maybe control is environment to lower the cycle.
