Hello, is there an upgrade kit to have the autocalibration function? We have an Epsilon W50 from the end of 2020. I tried to find the information, but I haven't found the answer. Thanks for the help?

The new autocalibration system is a part of the continuous development and improvement plan for our BCN3D products. It is a new feature included exclusively in our latest printers, the Epsilon W50, W27 and Sigma D25.
At BCN3D, we will explore whether it is possible to update previous versions, but due to the technical complexities installing, adjusting and configuring involve, it's currently not possible for us to offer that service, nor guarantee that it will be an option in the future.

I think you should do a kits cause your manual calibration process didn't not work well !
I think also you should do a discount for holder version! YOU SHOULD DO A LOTS FOR US !!
@support-bcn3d Also think about adding a Bluetooth accelerometer. So you can make auto calibration for accel and jerk!! 🙂
