I have recently tried to use the Aquasys 120 support material. The issue I'm having is that the nozzles become clogged and the print is wasted.

I'm using an Epsilon W50, 0.4mm hotend, print temperature of 220, standby temperature of 80 and bed temperature of 70, print speed 20 mm/s.

The material when flowing and used in conjunction with Carbon Fibre material gives excellent overhand definition. But the nozzles clog so easily.

Is there another user out there who has used this successfully, if so what parameters are you using?

I've also noticed that the Aquasys hotend doesn't always go back to the set standby temperature when not in use. This could be the issue?
