[Solved] Axes calibration moves glass bed

Hi, when performing the Axes auto calibration are the hot ends meant to push the glass bed left and right sometimes when it calibrates inside the small glass square? On a few of the touches it shifts the whole bed plate to the side a few millimetres, it doesn't do this on all the touches, just a few of them. I'm not sure if its trying to centre the glass plate between both hot ends or the touch sensors aren't recognising its touching the plate early enough and it pushes the plate a little before recognising its touched. This is a brand new printer, first time calibrating and it looked slightly strange to me, want to be sure.

You could check if the screws of the extruders are tightened well. This wasn't the case on my new printer ending in a damage of the printer.

Hello Scott,

Can you check if your printer has installed the last firmware version? https://support.bcn3d.com/knowledge/update-firmware-bcn3d

This issue was solved, there seemed to be an issue with the piezo sensor, machine was swapped out by our supplier. The replacement printer has been working perfectly and the prints are nice.
