Bad flash of R17
Hi, I think my printer is the R17 but not 100% certain. I submitted a support ticket. I have not used in a few years and just recently decided to start it up. I thought I would start by updating the firmware. I must have chosen the wrong version because my unit is no longer functioning correctly. It powers up but the menus are not correct. Now, I want to try to get the right version on it but USB is no longer responding. I can't provide my serial number because the unit menu displays info screen with no data. There's also no sticker inside or outside with serial. And I no longer have the shipping box. My invoice has no serial number. I did put my order number and date in the support request. Printer is not usable and I'm looking for guidance on how to restore the firmware back to usable state.
I've replied to the support ticket with the instructions to set the serial number in the printer and solve the problem.
