I do multiple time bed leveling and the result are frustrating!

The graphical interface told me leveling success but is not at all.

If the printer print on the font i can tell you i am far away from the bed.

So please BNC3D Fix that !!!!

Hello,

Can you open a support ticket to check the configuration of the flatness of your printer? https://support.bcn3d.com/knowledge/kb-tickets/new

Probably is necessary to do a manual adjustment to fix it. Also, you can use the mesh mapping if you aren't printing in duplication or mirror mode: https://support.bcn3d.com/knowledge/mesh-mapping

@jcalicchio After all update stratos and firmware, I printer really far from the bed. The weird thing is the calibration nozzle first part to set z level are good but thing start to be weird when its time to calibrate distances, I see the printer print far to high.

I also got massive leveling issues on my new machine. My W50 prints the first layer way too close to the bed. Cant even remove the printed material because it is like molten into the glass. Very frustrating... Havent been able to get parts with good measurments yet, which compared to my other printers is absolutely intolerable if you look at the price tag of this machine.

And yes, I tried everything by now. Meshmapping, calibrating all axes, calibrating the bed, etc.

I now printed a square over the whole buildplate. And it seems like the left and right rear corners are higher then the rest of the buildplate. So? I guess I have to trash my glassplate and hope that the new one is okay?
