Is there a way to change/set/force the head spacing in duplication mode?

The default head spacing in duplication mode is set to maximize bed utilization.   For objects that when duplicated do not need the full width of the bed, I'd prefer to make the head spacing smaller so that the two objects can print closer to the center of the bed for better results (which is true for my Sigma as the edges of the build surface are generally cooler than the center and objects tend to not stick as well).    I assumed this spacing would/should be settable in a dialogue box OR at least have a checkbox to allow the user to select the minimal required spacing.    I searched but could not find any such controls.   Any ideas?    Thanks.

solved:   solution below.   USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

1) Save GCODE

2) Edit GCODE.   change the line with

     M605 S5

     to

M605 S5 X<value>   ; "value" is the spacing you desire between the two nozzles based on hw limit and model size

note:  on my machine, the "min" hardware value is about 51mm.  this is the minimum distance between the two nozzles when the heads are next to each other.   of course, if your model + skirt/brim is wider then this hardware min value, you would set "value" to the model+brim/skirt size plus a tad.
