How to release the Bowden Tubes of Sigma D25 on both ends without damaging it in case to bring the printer back into the box for shipping?

Hello,

You will need to remove the coupling clips from the hotends and push the coupling collet to release it. In this article, you will find how to remove it: https://support.bcn3d.com/knowledge/manually-unload-filament-bcn3d-sigma-series

To package the printer correctly please follow this guide: https://support.bcn3d.com/knowledge/package-the-sigma-series
