    Hello!

Is this normal that bed temperature drop to zero on the Sigma settings during printing?
I am printing with ABS and put bed temp. to 110C in Cura. Sigma reaches the temperature after a long time and starts to print.
The settings show also 110 but after some time it goes to zero and bed starts to cool down. I have manually raised it up again.
Is this some software issue or I am just stupid as I am new with 3d printing.

    Cheers,
    Janek

    Hi janek,
This is problem of the “Thermal Runaway” firmware protection. We have fixed this in the next firmware version.
You can get more info here:

This happens to my printer since I have it, but the zero appears when I turn on the machine. I discovered that turning the center bolt of the bed it works again, I think it’s a problem of the thermistor.

    Hi Andreu,
Maybe the screw was making so much force and damaging the thermistor or its contacts. If you can replicate the issue please send some pictures.
    Thanks for the feedback!
