I printed out a 40MM cube and everything came out within 0.1mm or less of being perfect EXCEPT for the Y axis. It is about 0.35mm short.

Is there a way to adjust this?

Hi, any chance the Y belts are a bit loose?

I’ve got the same exact problem. Belts seemed okay but I still tightened them a little. No change in results.

My printer is going to be going back to BCN3D for evaluation/repair. After running 12 different tests with different belt tensions and documenting each, I was not able to get the backlash in the Y axis. I also lubed the rails.

I have the same problem. 0.35mm to 0.5mm. Circles are terrible.
I have tried tightening the y axis belts but no improvement.

why doesn’t tightening the belt fix this?
Look at the front y axis pullies during a print. I notice the belt rides up a little when it moves in one direction and then back down in the other.

I was looking at Helix technologies who promotes their lead screws for 3D printing. They complain belts are inferior and limited to .1mm repeatability. If only I could have .1mm from my belts!
