More volume, bigger parts

The Sigam D25 is equiped with a biger printvolume than its predecessor, the new printvolume is:

420mm long, 300 mm wide and 200mm high.

With the new design, the printer has the capability to print daily without any complications. This is due to the reengineering of the printer, state-of-the-art features, and new functionalities. The Sigma D25 is also powered by the Idex technology which makes the printer more efficient and enables amy modes and possibilities. Not only is the design improved but also other parts of the printer have been modified.

1. Aluminum frame

2. Multilingual 5’’ touchscreen

The BCN3D Sigma Series is equipped with a multilingual intuitive interface that guides you through its advanced features. Supported languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese.

3. Hotends

The hotends have been carefully designed to deliver the smoothest and most reliable extrusion.

4. Autocalibration

The autocalibration system incorporated in the BCN3D Sigma calibrates the entire printer in less than 6 minutes by measuring multiple points to automatically adjust the printing surface height and (XY) offset between both nozzles. Always obtain a perfect first layer, without any user intervention needed.

5. Filament Runout Sensor

A job-saving sensor that detects when the filament is finished and pauses the printing process until it is reloaded again.

The surface heating, extrusion, and axes are improved which assures that the print has high quality and reliability is improved for the daily use of the printer.

Not only is the printer easy to use but also is able to print with an ever-extending range of materials from BCN3D and third parties.
