Ultrafuse rPET (recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is made from recycled PET. The recycled material is a food-approved grade. It is environmentally friendly, has excellent 3D printing properties and good mechanical characteristics.
Ultrafuse TPU 85A has excellent resistance to hydrolysis and good flexibility at low temperature, resistance to microbiological attack, good wear performance, high tensile strength, good damping behavior.
It shows more rubber-like soft touch haptics and better non-slip properties. Furthermore, the material has a low moisture uptake, which allows for printing without pre-drying.
In addition, the good adhesion to ABS and PP allows for printing of multi-material parts.
Essentium PCTG-Z is specially formulated to be ESD safe. It is an easy-to-print material with significantly increased impact strength when compared to PETG. Our ESD materials are non-marring and are engineered to the highest quality standards.
Essentium PCTG is an easy-to-use material with incredible surface finish, superior toughness, and chemical resistance — use it just like PETG.
Essentium HTN is a polyamide-based chemistry that has improved mechanical and thermal properties compared to standard nylons. Additionally, it is an easy-to-print, low-warp material that boasts high toughness and wear resistance.
PET-CF has a good balance of stiffness and strength, and when annealed it has temperature resistance of over 155 ̊C, and good chemical resistance for common solvents.
Essentium PA-CF provides exceptional strength, durability, thermal stability, and stiffness that is customary of carbon fiber materials, and is readily printable.
