Ultrafuse® PC/ABS FR

Hotend size: 0.4 - 0.6 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

Parts printed with Ultrafuse® PC/ABS FR feature great tensile and impact strength, higher thermal resistance than ABS and can fulfill the requirements of the UL94 V-0 standard.

Ultrafuse PA6 GF30

With its high wear and chemical resistanceand the high stiffness and strength, Ultrafuse® PA6 GF30 is perfect forvarious applications in transportation or industrial tooling for example.

PLA Extrafill

High quality of printing even in tricky details with excellent lamination. Made of natural ingredients and can be biodegraded by industrial composting.

NonOilen®

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

The content of PHB improves the toughness, temperature resistance, and especially biodegradability. It can be reused many times, you can reduce the waste, and once the lifetime ends, it can be recycled.

PETG

CPE HG100

ABS

Hotend size: 0.4 mm / Layer Height: 0.2 mm / 2.85 mm

Its main characteristics: very tough, hard and rigid material, with chemical resistance to abrasion. It is soluble in acetone. It is not biodegradable, and it suffers from UV exposure.

PLA

Hotend size: 0.4 mm / Layer Height: 0.15 mm / 2.85 mm

The filament PLA is a biodegradable plastic due to its natural origin (corn, sugarcane or potatoes). In addition, it is one of the most easy to print materials in the 3D printing world.

ASA

Hotend size: 0.4 mm / Layer Height: 0.2 mm / 2.85 mm

ASA is a filament for 3d printing with exceptional weather resistance. Unlike many plastic materials, the ASA maintains its color and impact resistance, even after long-term outdoor use.

 

Ultrafuse® TPU 64D

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is easily compatible with water soluble support. Thanks to its property profile, presents an excellent alternative to rubber and ABS for the manufacturing of tools, jigs and fixtures

Ultrafuse® rPET

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.15 / 2.85 mm

Ultrafuse rPET (recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is made from recycled PET. The recycled material is a food-approved grade. It is environmentally friendly, has excellent 3D printing properties and good mechanical characteristics.

Ultrafuse® TPU 85A

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

Ultrafuse TPU 85A has excellent resistance to hydrolysis and good flexibility at low temperature, resistance to microbiological attack, good wear performance, high tensile strength, good damping behavior.

Ultrafuse® TPS 90A

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

It shows more rubber-like soft touch haptics and better non-slip properties. Furthermore, the material has a low moisture uptake, which allows for printing without pre-drying.
In addition, the good adhesion to ABS and PP allows for printing of multi-material parts.

ESSENTIUM PCTG–Z

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

Essentium PCTG-Z is specially formulated to be ESD safe. It is an easy-to-print material with significantly increased impact strength when compared to PETG. Our ESD materials are non-marring and are engineered to the highest quality standards.

ESSENTIUM PCTG

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

Essentium PCTG is an easy-to-use material with incredible surface finish, superior toughness, and chemical resistance — use it just like PETG.

ESSENTIUM HTN

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

Essentium HTN is a polyamide-based chemistry that has improved mechanical and thermal properties compared to standard nylons. Additionally, it is an easy-to-print, low-warp material that boasts high toughness and wear resistance.

ESSENTIUM PET-CF

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

PET-CF has a good balance of stiffness and strength, and when annealed it has temperature resistance of over 155 ̊C, and good chemical resistance for common solvents.

ESSENTIUM PA-CF

Hotend size: 0.4 / Layer Height 0.2 / 2.85 mm

Essentium PA-CF provides exceptional strength, durability, thermal stability, and stiffness that is customary of carbon fiber materials, and is readily printable.

CMG Tech-X 316L

Hotend size: 0.4M - 0.6X/ Layer Height 0.15 - 0.2/ 2.85 mm

316L is a stainless steel with high corrosion resistance. filament is a high flexibility metal-polymer composite containing more than 90 percent by weight metal powder, allowing printing of parts with high quality surface.

17-4PH is a heat treatable stainless steel with high strength and corrosion resistance as well as magnetic. CMG Tech-X 17-4PH HMs filament is a high flexibility metal-polymer composite containing more than 90 percent by weight metal powder, allowing printing of parts with high quality surface.
